Expo Highlights

About the Expo
Gardening enthusiast groups have come together to make a gardening extravaganza
The NZAGS is a dynamic club aimed at horticultural excellence, sharing skills and a love of small, alpine, woodland and bulbous plants.
A venerable institution with 160 years in the making and right up with the play today, offering classes and groups covering all that is interesting in gardening.
The Christchurch Club has been sharing the art of bonsai since 1968, making them one of the longest active bonsai clubs in New Zealand. Explore their stand to appreciate beautifully refined trees and meet passionate growers.
The Canterbury Orchid Society (COS) is a friendly group of orchid enthusiasts who meet regularly to share their passion. The society aims to promote orchid cultivation, preserve native species, connect with similar groups locally and globally, and exchange plants and knowledge throughout the region.
Garden Club displays and Garden Trust gardens. Selwyn has a wealth of gardens to visit and gardeners to learn from.
A super group of artists who use flowers, all parts of plants and a huge variety of other materials to make thrilling displays. Clubs representing Canterbury Floral Design are Avon Floral Art, Floral Art North Canterbury and Cheviot Floral Group.
